Lagotourist s.r.l. has the option to suspend the excursions if the weather doesn’t permit, the times and the itineraries can be changed if necessary. The agency cannot be held responsible for injury to any person on account of circumstance beyond our control, nor
accidents caused neither by a third party, nor for, loss or damage to personal matters. The excursions will take place with a minimum of 20 persons. The guest wishing to cancel the excursions at least 24 hours prior the day of departure is entitled to a full refund of 100%, except for the excursion to Arena di Verona. The guest wishing to cancel the excursions in the last 24 hours before the beginning of it, will not have any refunds of the payment .
The responsibility of the agency is limited by law n. 1084 of the 27.12.77 and D.L. n. 206 of the 06.09.05 - Cod. Consumo,
and cannot be exceeded at any case (c.c.v.) (Civil Law). Our excursions are normally escorted in different languages, of course always English included!
Reduction for children: up to 2 years free - from 2 to 12 years 50%.
Family plan: 2 adults + 2 children: we will charge only for 3. Not valid for
the tour: Arena di Verona, Tour dei Vini e Venezia. Booking possible until fully
booked.
